The Truco Tru-Ply roof system can be defined as a fabric reinforced, cold process, roof coating system. The benefits of the system and its price/ value relationship allow it to be successfully marketed to building owners as an option between a basic elastomeric coating installation and a single-ply roof system. It is designed to go over an existing roof system in acceptable condition. A pre-job notification form must be filled out, approved and signed by an officer of Truco, before any application , may start. Work must by completed by a certified applicator of Truco Inc, to obtain warranty. Truco's Policy of pre-qualifying roofs and making sure a qualified applicator installs them has benefited building owners since 1978.

After making sure roof is clean & dry. Tru-ply primer is then applied over polyester membrane at 2 gallons/100 sq. ft.
Before applying the first coat of Eterna-seal, Tru-ply primer must be completely dry. Application temperature should be above 60°.
The first coat should dry a minimum of 24 hours before applying final coat. Temperature determines dry time.
